BOOKING A SESSION

ONCE you are registered & approved as a PROGRAM MEMBER, you can book a spot/seat within a program. Learn how to do that by clicking on HOW TO BOOK a spot/seat within a program. 

Need help to sign-up for membership or on how to book a session? Then come down to the Club and one of our coaches will assist you – best time to do that is 30 minutes before a session start or after a session has been completed.
