DROP-IN waiver information, registration and PAYMENT

  • Parental/guardian waiver for participants under the age of 18 (U18)
  • Waiver for participants 26 years of age or older (26+)
  • Waiver for participants 18–25 years of age (U26)
  • DROP-IN PAYMENT for individual participants

    • Please make your $25 Drop-In payment via Interac e-Transfer to our e-Transfer registered e-mail address wainui.payment@gmail.com prior to your session.
    • When making the payment, it must show the following (or something similar to that effect): “Autodeposit enabled – You are sending money to WAI NUI O’KANAKA OUTRIGGER CANOE CLUB, who has set up Autodeposit.” – if it does not state that, then please recheck the payment e-mail address again, as it might be mistyped. No password is required for an autodeposit.
    • In the message section, type in
      DROP-IN FEE FOR
      [provide participant’s name][participant’s cell number][participant’s preferred session][date of session]
      that way we know for whom the payment was made, what session the participant would like to join, and we can contact the participant in case there are any questions.
    • Your $25 payment includes HST (WAI NUI BN 837405877).
    • Shortly after your payment you will receive an automated e-mail receipt from Interac.
    • You must show the Interac receipt to the coach 15 minutes prior to the session in order to participate.

    Groups are to make paddling and payment arrangements well in advance of a paddling session, as the paddling session will have to be scheduled with our coaches.

    20 minutes prior to the paddle session, the DROP-IN PARTICIPANT must provide the COACH with proof of completed digital copy by showing the email confirmation (e.g. on their cell phone)
